The Space:

Welcome to your relaxing Tucson getaway, where our guests consistently feel "right at home." This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind.

The welcoming living area flows into a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing family meals or morning coffee. Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable queen bed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of Tucson adventures. With two full bathrooms, mornings run smoothly even with a full house.

The star attraction, as our guests love to mention, is the sparkling private pool - "clean and relaxing" in the words of recent visitors. Surrounding the pool, you'll find comfortable lounging furniture and a covered patio perfect for soaking in those beautiful Arizona days.

No communication

I going to start saying that the house could have been on fire and the host could have careless. I tried to communicate with this host over 8 times before and during my stay. All my messages went unread and all my voice mail messages were unanswered. I only received the two automatic messages with the standard instructions.Just for this I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay in this place. This is a beautiful house clean on the inside and well put together. Comfortable and nice furniture although the dining room table was missing one chair. We had more than enough towels, and bedding sheets.Safe and quiet neighborhood, pool was clear, clean and very nice to swim in.On the other hand, both toilets are leaking, the backyard was messy with an old pair of sandals on the floor, pieces of balloons, a box of trash and a bird nest on the outside chandelier. The drapes of the gazebo were visibly ripped and overall damaged.The only light in the backyard is the chandelier with a nest on it so scared of causing a fire we kept it off. There is a motion light on the backyard that will not light up no matter how much you move. The kitchen is really under stocked, there are some glasses and plates. Very limited on the pots and pans. We had to plan the meals in accordance of what we had available which was not much. The amount of silverware is very little and they are clearly pieces of many different sets. There are two cooking utensils and that’s it. I do NOT recommend this place!!!

Amazing

The house was very clean, spacious and beautiful. The pool was also very clean with a nice blue reaxing color. The neighborhood is really nice and neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place wiht Major Flaws in Access

The place is great and very affordable. The problem is that I was there for business and had about 100K worth of specail equipment with me. It is only natural to lock the doors at night, espcially when leaving to get a bite to eat. There are two locks on the front door. I locked them both and exited throught the garage. They do not provide a garage door opener, so you have to do the 'jump over the beam' to leave. Well, there is no way to unlock the bottom lock on the front door, so I was locked out. I contacted the property manager who told me to destroy to bottom lock and a 'handy man' would fix it. After begging for them to remotely open the garage, they said to break in. I did, the bedroom windows are not installed correctly, so that was easy. I let the property manager know I was inside and how that was accomplished. AN HOUR LATER - the garage door opened all by itself. The propery manager confirmed that that 'owner' opened it remotely. When working 16 hour days, the last thing ya need is a two hour long text conversation with someone who thinks a door knob can be 'broken'....and then have to go cat burgler to get some shut eye, then have the garage door open compromising safety and security.

The house was nice, nice neighborhood, kitchen was under stocked, minimal toiletries, small tv’s, furniture was just okay, pool was ice cold, minimal patio furniture. This is all constructive criticism, to help owners make it a little better.

Good Potential

This property has the potential to be quite pleasant, but currently falls short of that designation. The kitchen looks newly updated and is well designed. That said, it is sorely lacking in basic items for food preparation. There were no baking pans, glass or ceramic microwave/serving bowls, nothing in which to make or serve salad, coffee filters but no ground or pod coffee and very limited dining utensils (three knives, four spoons, no serving pieces). If you’re not planning to utilize the kitchen, this may not matter, but it did negatively affect our stay. The bed in the master bedroom squeaked if we moved much. There was no dresser in which to put clothing and only a few hangers in the entire house. The bathrooms had NO wash cloths and at least one of the hand towels was coming apart. There was no code or device for opening and closing the garage door. The cabana beside the pool was tattered and a large decorative item had fallen onto the patio. These are all things that a bit of attention could easily address. We would not stay here again!

Perfect!

This is an exceptional property with great amenities and you can never beat a private pool. Very clean and comfortable. My better half says that we will stay here again. We travel for work so this is the perfect getaway from the RV.geoeveryday

Comfortable house and enjoyable pool

We chose this rental due to its location and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. All the rooms were large and the beds quite comfortable. Beds, linens, towels were perfect and even pool towels were provided. The pool was relaxing and nice and clean as was the property overall. It is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. Being the first to 'review' this property, however, I need to point out some negatives. Basic needs were not met for our three-night stay, and I hope it is used to improve the experience of future renters and results in better prepping the property for rentals. First, there was only a partial roll of toilet paper in one bathroom, the second had none. Upon searching under the cabinets, supply closets, etc., there was not any TP in the house. Second, basic supplies like hand soap, room spray and a general cleaning spray, were available but COMPLETELY EMPTY. There was not any dishwasher detergent available. I ran the dishwasher as requested but left a note. I believe the person before me may have done the same as the dishes were dirty or unused for quite a while. I did wash dishes by hand successfully as there was dish soap and a sponge and drying cloths. Third, there appeared to be a coffee service but in the bowls on the counter there was only 1 tea bag and 2 coffee k-cups. Other than having to go to the store to purchase coffee and toilet paper we really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly!
