MAXIMUM 2 SMALL PETS (cat or dog) ALLOWED. WATER, SEWER, GAS, GARBAGE INCLUDED IN MONTHLY FEE. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR ELECTRICITY and INTERNET (Cox).
