"The breakfast staff and the free breakfast were fabulous. We chose a room at the rear of the property. No one mentioned that the elevator location was difficult to access, necessitating that we take the stairs to our second story room. "

"Nice room. Paid extra for a view of the mountains. My view was of the parking lot and the dumpster. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that there was no bathtub in the bathroom. The front desk said tubs were only in the suites. The restaurant was ending seating soon when we arrived around 6. Check in staff was helpful in giving us directions to area restaurant. Breakfast was good and a variety of food offered. Staff was friendly. Hotel had a sign saying recently renovated."

"Jim's place was the perfect location for our stay. Walking distance to Tubac Resort & Golf.Comfortable and quiet. Dog friendly which was a plus."

"The place was dirty. Our showerhead in our room needed replacing the air conditioner was noisy. The couch had spots on it and stains. I didn’t know what that was about and the carpet was terrible if you moved on the bed and made a lot of noise, not staying here no more."

"Nice place to stay. All staff were kind and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Plenty of pillows. Downstairs rooms open to a large common area where free continental breakfast is served daily. Free coffee and tea are served all day. When we checked in we were given a map of 16 local wineries. When we asked for restaurant recommendations, many were given. Would stay here again if in the area."

"Perfect little casita for the 2 of us to stay for a weekend wedding. Although the casita is attached, it was quiet and peaceful place. The one smal thing to know is that the place is smaller than in the pictures which is ok once you’re there, but it did catch me by surprise. This is a great alternative to the resort."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better VRBO for my son’s wedding in Tubac! The home is very nicely appointed and had everything you could possibly need. Shopping, dining and the Tubac golf resort are less than a 5 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area! "
