This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. Not this one: absolutely everything was perfect, top to bottom, from the lobby to the bed to the discreet laundry machine in our room to the breakfast buffet. Not a dusty corner in sight. We stayed stayed two nights and had an excellent experience. The front desk and concierge staff were helpful. They arranged taxi service, brought our bags to our room, and answered questions about the area. The buffet at the Garden Court resaurant had a variety of offerings and great service. The room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Kanayama station and shops. We would stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. We left our phone at the reception when we checked out. We didn’t know until the receptionist run after us and brought our phone. It had been more than 5 min after we left the hotel. She must have been looking for us quite a while in 95 Celsius hot weather. Hotel al lado de la estación de Nagoya. Ideal si quieres ir al centro, shinkansen o hacer alguna excursión a los Alpes japoneses. Habitación con cama cómoda y aire acondicionado. Personal no había inglés pero tienen una tablet para poder comunicarse contigo. Tienen para dejar las maletas mientras estás todo el día fuera. Sin duda volvería a repetir.
