Loved everything, great service and beautiful hotel

we enjoyed our stay @ La Vista Akangawa very much. our main attraction was the Ainu fall festival and the hotel is close to town and the cruise dock. Breakfast & dinner were beyond our expectations.

Beautiful lake

We had a wonderful 3-nights stay at Lamp No Yado Moritsubetsu. We were two couples and took two Japanese-style rooms, both of which were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome from the start. The setting is beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by lush greenery. The hotel also has a beautifully designed and well-kept onsen, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. We enjoyed the large community room with...

Nice, spacious and clean room. Courteous staff.

Wonderful location with great amenities and very friendly staff. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a spectacular room, but the primary pleasure of my stay was being able to relax after a long hike in a comfortable environment, enjoy the hot spring and re energize with a delicious dinner.

The studio was compact, clean, and quiet, with very comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail and the considerate touches provided by the host.

If I could I would probably give this a 4.5. The staff was excellent, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. Parking was easy and it was in a good location. We loved the personal soaking tub on our patio. The only thing I would rate a bit lower would be the buffets. There was a lot of choices but for anyone that is picky or prefers a western style meal it’s going to be a bit challenging to eat. My wife and I had no issues but we always imagine traveling with friends...

部屋は小さいですが、必要なものは全て揃っていました。朝食は美味しいく、スタッフの方はとても親切でした。

Breakfast was so delicious - one of the best meals of my trip! I left my umbrella in the hotel and had it shipped to Tokyo - staff was super responsive and helpful. Just note that it’s cash on delivery, so the shipping cost was a huge surprise and I should have just said goodbye to my hokkaido themed umbrella instead 😭😭 (5200 yen shipping for a 1200 yen umbrella). Room was like the standard toyoko room and the location was extremely convenient. 10/10 as long as you don’t forget anything in...

Pretty good place

The rooftop mixed onsen was a big surprise, but super nice as we don't usually get to be with family members of other sex. (You do provide basic swimwear). It was so nice to look over the lake and just chill out in the onsen upstairs, but the main onsen were also incredible. Food options were plenty in the restaurant (buffet style), and it's so close to the Ainu Kotan... definitely worth a visit!!

Location on the lake is amazing and the traditional onsen wonderful

Best value for money. Friendly and helpful staff!!
