「We choose this hotel based on the good reputation on the website but it was a bad mistake.
First of all, the room is not very well designed. The washbasin is part of the wall of the toilet and it's open to the room, so all the noise and smell of the bathroom can be spread all over.
And the staff were very unprofessional. There were two wine glasses in the room and we wanted to drink wine, so we called the front desk to ask for the wine opener. We waited more than 30 minutes but nobody delivered...
