「いまだにリコンファームの必要なTK航空のオフィスへ何度電話しても誰も電話に出ない状況でしたが、ホテルのトラベルデスクの方が別の電話番号を確認しつなげていただいたので非常に助かりました。 　ホテルは他の5つ星のホテルに比べて非常に立地条件が良く（観光スポット、地下鉄の駅、多数のレストラン、スーパーマーケット、地下商店街等）便利なところにあるのでお勧めです。ただ、今回はホテル内のフットネスジム＆プールが工事中で８月いっぱいは利用不可なので残念でした。」

「This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. The room had a working aircondition for heating and cooling plus centralheating. The hotel is 500 meters from Livobereschnij Metro station from where you can go directly to the very center of Kiev in 10 minuttes, and directly to the...

「Very nice hotel with wonderful hospitality. But it’s really hard to find since it’s on the 17:th floor of a huge apartment buildning. It should benefit from a sign at the entrance. 」
