"Clean room, staff, easy booking "

"Rooms were fine however they had us checked out by 7am so we couldn't extend our stay and then the staff took it upon themselves to use my deposit without asking me for a different night that was requested by someone not on my reservation. "

"Not my best La Quinta stay, but I’ll start with what I always like about LaQ’s; the cleanliness! You can count on your room and property being clean, amazing staff, bright white sheets, no broken or squeaky beds, the water is hot and the pressure great, the appliances always work, and you can just count on a La Quinta (IMHO). Additional perk for this specific property was the privacy and seclusion of the location, plenty of green with access to sidewalks — perfect for traveling with a dog. But the room I was in didn’t have soap, and it was no problem getting a bar from the front desk, but later realized there was no shampoo or conditioner either. Then the bathtub stopper was broken. 👎 The tv is..old tech, pixelated and squished, and you can’t access the menu to fix it - normally LaQ’s are letting you sign into your own streaming accounts. There were a few crayons on the floor? Mostly bummed about the bath with what I paid for the room, and where is the soap? No soap is weird for any hotel"

"The property is under renovation so several amenities were not available and our toilet was not flushing properly. We had to call front desk twice. Maybe it would be better after renovation is completed."

"Everything was mostly fine and the lady at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. My only two complaints were that the pool surface was extremely rough to walk on, and also it looks like someone threw a bunch of rocks in the pool and no one ever came to clean them out. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud! Which made it impossible to sleep without the tv on or some other type of white noise."
