The property was excellent, clean, modern, great design. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially on my food allergies. Suggest booking a parking space in the underground parking right next to hotel, they share with another hotel as limited parking outside plus gives added security. Although just one night it was a great stop and would book again.

Very clean, updated, comfortable rooms. Warm and friendly staff. Great location and value. Dinner at "Hippopotamus" was excellent.

Cute hotel
Cute hotel, clean room, room was spacious, the amenities in the room were very minimal though, only shower gel and a couple of towels in the bathroom and one sachet of tea… the beds were very comfortable which was very appreciated after a long drive, hotel staff was helpful and attentive, the reception area is very cosy and inviting but I’m not 100% this hotel should be a four star, a good solid three star for sure

Hôtel confortable, très belle déco, propreté irréprochable. Attention accès par une cour pentue pavée glissante par temps de pluie. Il vaut mieux entrer par la petite rue adjacente ce qui doit également permettre de trouver plus rapidement la réception.

cost-cutting re-designed hotel
It has a good location and parking in the hotel’s subterranean car park is easy. Newly redecorated but with some cheap ideas – the bar in the middle of the lobby, with the check-in lady staying on a stool, no mini fridge in the room, and worst of all – no air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast, arranged around the same overwhelming island bar was good but, in the end, I left feeling sorry for the personnel, forced to work in an awkward cost-cutting re-designed hotel.

Très belle établissement et très jolie et propre et très grande chambre juste un petit B-molle l’air climatisé mais ils sont sur le trouble pour réparer je recommande sans problème.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, nice breakfast in a very good and walkable location, quite near the city historical center. Parking just crossing the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent séjour au sein du mercure , mon fils à réaliser son rêve et est reparti avec pleins d’étoiles . Merci à la réceptionniste qui à tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Normales Stadthotel für Besuch in Troyes geeignet
Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuss von der Altstadt und der Markthalle entfernt. Hier gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants. Die Hotelzimmer sind in Ordnung, bieten aber keinen besonderen Luxus. Haarfön im Bad eigentlich unbrauchbar. Es ist gut für 1-2 Nächte um die Stadt anzusehen, mehr aber nicht.
