The staff are lovely , but everything else is way below expectations. It is very difficult to find. There are multiple residences and no names of Donna Peppina . I messaged through Expedia but no answer . So I had to use WhatsApp to have someone come find us, since we were lost with luggage in 100 degrees. Inside the WiFi was down until second day. The shower was clogged so the entire bathroom under water after 2 minutes of shower, which also wasn’t fixed until the next day. The restaurant club downstairs blasts music until 3am, then the recycling begins with smashing glass around 4am , so each night we slept around 6am. The site says breakfast 8am-10am, but when I asked where was breakfast, they said there is some cereal, milk and snacks in the kitchen. That is hardly a breakfast and we didn’t touch. The AC was only felt in one room, so 2 of us on the pullout were sweating all night. The last day, the water was shut down so we couldn’t shower or use the toilet (gross). They offered for us to take our things to another place to shower, but definitely not going to move our luggage up and down stairs and through the streets again in the crazy heat. Maybe this is a new place for them, but I was also denied any compensation for the issues. At $300 per night, I would never stay again, despite the people being nice. Definitely not worth it.

Siamo stati bene in n posto magnifico

B&B in ottima posizione, defilato dal corso principale, ma a pochi metri a piedi. I vetri delle finestre non offrono la massima attenuazione del rumore di strada, ma a mezzanotte poi cessano musica e schiamazzi in strada. Molto buona la colazione con torte fatte in casa - buonissime! -. Ci torneremmo volentieri.
