  • Welcome to Bayside Shores Cottage, a comfortable retreat overlooking the bay in Trenton, Maine. Whether you're planning days exploring Acadia National Park or simply looking to relax and enjoy the coastal scenery, this cottage offers a convenient and welcoming place to call home during your stay.

    Bayside Shores Cottage offers a comfortable waterfront retreat in Trenton, perfect for families and small groups looking to experience the best of Downeast Maine.

    The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the main level, you'll find a king bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living and dining spaces. Upstairs is a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower. The lower level provides additional sleeping space with two full-size beds.

    Outside, enjoy beautiful bay views from the outdoor seating area, sip your morning coffee while watching the water, or fire up the grill after a day of exploring.

Perfect place for a few days close to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Beautiful location right on the water, with great sunsets! Charming house, everything you need to be quite comfortable for a family.

Great house! We loved it! It was a perfect location to Acadia but also very private and peaceful. The view in the back was amazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing waterfront cottage

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful cottage on the water. Perfect place to get all of our adult children together for our first family vacation in a long time. There was plenty of room for everyone to have there own space yet also wonderful spots inside and out for us all to gather. Close to Bar Harbor and Acadia so it was easy to go back and forth each day. Highly recommend!

Perfect waterfront property! The house was exactly what we were hoping for with beautiful views of the water, a well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Easy drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia. We loved seeing the seals in the water, playing cards at the table and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. This fit our family of 5 comfortably and we would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Our stay at this house was really cool. We enjoyed the water in the backyard, spacious kitchen and my kids kept on saying " we love this place, can we stay here forever?". I think their innocent question summarize how much they enjoyed this property. You can get to Acadia very easily from this place and we enjoyed lobsters from the near by restaurants.

Absolutely charming!

Wonderful location, peaceful views, superb property! Convenient to Acadia (without the traffic) and to nearby towns and businesses. Perfect for lounging or as a respite from morning hikes. Kitchen is excellent; sleeping accommodations private and cozy. Walk the beach, make a meal, gaze out on the water. Perfect.

Amazing cottage!

We were so impressed with this cottage. It was so cute on the inside and stocked incredibly well. The sunsets on the lake were spectacular and to our surprise there was a group of seals that played on the rocks every day. We had campfires and cooked in the well stocked kitchen. Location was great! We spent most of time in Acadia NP. Don’t hesitate to book! This place is a gem!!

Wonderful location

We had the best time staying at this beautiful, ambience-filled cottage by the bay! The clean accommodations were augmented by special features like a helpful app sharing needed info and area favorites, as well as personal toiletries and kitchen provisions. The location was perfect for easy Acadia access and visiting nearby water-side communities. Our last evening included enjoying a gorgeous sunset from the backyard and watching the seals out on a nearby sandbar! Loved it!
