Suttons Bay Vacay

This was a lovely home away from home. Convenient to beaches, parks, restaurants, wineries, and shopping. The grounds provided enough space for the dogs and the interior was roomy yet cozy. Overall great property!

Excellent Up North getaway close to everything around Leelanau

A comfortable and cozy place to get away up north. Perfect for two couples to hang out. Super close to everything in Sutton's Bay, which we loved. Had a nice secluded back yard with a fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. The property was supremely clean and the best maintained of any vacation rental I've ever experienced.

This is a great house, close to a public beach and an easy walk to town. The owner is excellent with communication and helping out with special requests. Second time we have stayed here.

Fall Colors

The property is perfect for one or two couples as a base to enjoy the beauty of the Leelanau Peninsula. The property was exceptionally clean and Lori was very helpful.

Overall, a nice home in a nice area. Really liked that they had basics like coffee, paper towels, salt, pepper, oil available. Would have liked to know that they were not providing shampoo though. Very nice spot.

Cozy home for our stay

I use the word ‘home’ in the title intentionally…this felt like a home away from home…not a typical vacation rental. Everything here met our expectations and we were very comfortable…park and beach a short walk from house, Suttons Bay downtown is a short walk/bike ride, the list goes on. Wouldnt hesitate to rent here again.

Perfect choice for our weekend stay.

Easy process to getting in this adorable, well appointed cottage. Very neat, clean and comfy with a perfect backyard to enjoy sitting around the fire pit. A grill is also available for cooking out. Perfect for 2 couples and well located on the peninsula for the activities we wanted to do for our weekend away. The town of Sutton’s Bay was very close, can walk or bike to this cute area. Will revisit this rental when in the area. A restaurant list would be very helpful as we just had to drive around to see what we wanted and walked the downtown area.

Another Great Stay in Suttons Bay

This was our 2nd stay at this property and it’s always very clean and comfortable. This is a yearly trip for us with our pups and it’s perfect for them as well. If there was a tv in the bedrooms, that would be even better. The location is pretty good, being walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. We like that Traverse City is only 20 minutes and most of the wineries are real close. Glen Arbor is about 30 minutes. We would definitely stay there again next year. August in Michigan is the best #puremichigan

Charming & Scrupulously Clean Home * Great Location

This home was a wow for us. We loved it from the moment we opened the door. Clean and superbly maintained, the house is comfortable and has all the conveniences. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and a town beach. Our trip was a mix of business and pleasure, focused on cideries and breweries in the area. Suttons Bay was a great central location for such a trip. The two bedrooms/two baths and the loft were perfect for our group of four adults. Our only regret is that we were out and about so much that we didn't get to enjoy sitting around a fire out back. This property is a gem.

Super cute and extremely CLEAN!

We were more than impressed when we walked through the door! This super quaint, two-bedroom house was well-maintained with everything readily available in arms reach. I am someone who enjoys fixing dinners on vacation and the kitchen had every utensil imaginable to use. My husband and I have stayed at 5 other houses/cabins on W.Bay Shore Dr. and not one has ever been this CLEAN! We were super happy about that because we have two little boys. No need to go and need to pull out the mop or vacuum. Lol Also Lori was so amazing to work with when we had something change in my husband’s schedule. Can’t wait to come back next year! The only bad thing I can say which has nothing to do with the house is people drive too fast down the street. We just had to watch with our boys because there are no sidewalks.

Perfect location

We loved this little blue house! Easy to get to and very quiet neighborhood. I have a few suggestions to make it even better. A few blankets would have been great. Also we got there when it was dark and even in the daylight the numbers are hard to read on the house. Otherwise it was perfect! Thank you!

A great place to stay.

We brought our dog for a short stay as we traveled thru Michigan. This is exactly as advertised and perfect for us in every way. Bike trail, beach, wineries, and breweries all close and easily accessible with downtown Suttons Bay a short bike ride away too. The accommodating were perfect and very comfortable with great outdoor space to relax as well. We loved it and will definitely stay again on our next visit to the area.

This house was as good as advertised. It was super clean and spacious enough for us. Walkable to the small public beach or even downtown. The only thing that could’ve made it better was being located on the waterfront. It was great for us the learn more about Sutton’s Bay and possible future visits.

Cycling Leelanau

Located close to trailhead and town, this cottage was a good location for cycling, exploring local wineries and enjoying the beach and town of Sutton’s Bay.
