Wildberry Place is a cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that is set up to sleep 12. Read on to learn more about our beautiful space!

When guests first enter the home, they will be greeted by open space to drop their luggage and a rustic welcome table complete with a local guide book.

Around the corner in the open living room is an additional 4-top dining table, for breakfasting or working, and an inviting living space, decorated with pops of color and old world charm.

A TV is mounted on the wall, this and other TVs (in each bedroom) are Roku enabled, and guests may login to their own streaming accounts. We do not have cable.

The living room leads to a large, freshly remodeled kitchen with plenty of cabinet and cooking space, stainless steel appliances, a crock pot for large gatherings, and a Keurig, stocked with cream, sugar, and k-cups to get you started.

Off of the kitchen is the more formal dining room that seats 6 in beautiful Victorian high-back chairs.

Continuing down the hallway from the dining room is the laundry room and garage entrance to the left, and the hall/master bath to the right. This features a toilet nook, dual sinks, and a standard shower.

The Downstairs Bedroom is large and spacious, continuing the rustic theme and featuring:
2 Queen beds
3 Nightstands
1 large closet with hangers
a TV (streaming only).

The other three bedrooms are found upstairs. For safety, there is a door that can be closed at the top of the stairs. We also provide a baby gate, baby bath, pack n play, and a baby monitor for your convenience.

At the top of the stairs is a large landing which has been turned into a play area with toy cars, racetrack carpet, dolls, and games.

Across from the play area is the 2nd bathroom, a single sink, spacious bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination.

Upstairs Large Bedroom
Next to the bathroom is a large, high-ceilinged bedroom containing the following:
-2 Queen Beds
-4 Nightstands
-3 large closets
-2 chair seating area in the bay window
-TV (streaming only)

Finally, on the opposite end of the landing, tucked away from the noise are 2 private King rooms

Bedrooms 3 and 4 each contain:
-1 King bed
-2 nightstands and reading lamps
-TV (streaming only)
-Closet

Outdoor Space
The indoors are only the tip of the iceberg with this lovely home. The front porch has 2 wicker chairs for sipping morning coffee, and the back deck is furnished with a brand-new Joss and Main sectional and a gas grill for your cooking needs.

The large backyard has been gorgeously updated with fresh landscaping and a brand-new fence, perfect for your furry friend, who is welcome with a one-time pet fee, to be charged during booking or sent after the reservation has been made. Further into the yard, you are welcome to enjoy a newly built fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs perfect for an evening fire. As if it couldn't get any better, the home was recently equipped with a brand new sports court! The court has a basketball hoop and three separate types of courts to accommodate multiple sports + activities (completely fenced in).

A small, single street residential neighborhood tucked away near North Greenville University with lovely neighbors.

A car is highly recommended for this home, as it is 30min from Downtown Greenville and does not have access to public transportation.
All events require prior approval by host.
No tampering with the router, smart lock, or ring doorbell.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (ie, not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
