Absolutely Amazing Weekend!
We decided to take a last minute getaway and get out of town for a couple of days. After searching through a few properties, I decided on Ferngully. The photos of the place looked great, so we booked. The check in process was super easy. You have to pick up keys down the road, but it is just a few minutes away, it was a painless process, and the lovely ladies in the office were awesome! The property itself sits behind a golf course, and it was actually pretty easy to get to from their instructions.When we entered the property, we were extremely happy about our choice. New cabin, and the details were so good! Very clean. We took our tour and then immediately sat down in the front room on the main floor and just cozied up on the couch and relaxed for a bit. Within a couple hours of checking in we were visited by wild turkey and deer. We were able to watch them for a good hour before they moved on. The back patio on the main floor is so peaceful. The game room was a blast with the video games, darts, foosball, air hockey, etc. They really thought of it all here! One thing we have never had real good luck with in rentals in getting the TV to easily work. That was not a problem here! Easy! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The beds were comfy - maybe my only wish would be for firmer pillows. These were a little flat. BUT I still slept like a baby! I could go on, but I'm running out of room. I can tell you that we will definitely bee booking Ferngully again! Thanks!
