「This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory. 」

「Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m....

「Room was very nice and very clean! The only issues - the tv/internet needs to be updated or made faster in some way. In the spring summer and early fall it’s most likely not an issue since you would be out being touristy longer. But the short days in winter cause the internet/tv to be a bit more necessary for entertainment. Not a huge deal though. Room quality was very very good. 」

「Check in was easy. House is beautiful. With that being said it is in need of a deep cleaning inside and out. The kitchen stove was dirty and there was no cleaning supplies so I couldn’t clean it myself (only thing provided was some weird dish soap that was more like jello than soap. When they say starter set of supplies you get 1 trash bag, 1 laundry pod, 1 cheap paper towel, 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom. For a house that sleeps 14 they need to provide more basic supplies especially trash...
