"The hotel is very conveniently located off the freeway. It was easy to get around between Dallas and Fort Worth from this location. The room was clean, comfortable, and had lots of amenities: refrigerator and microwave in the small kitchenette. The breakfast was a nice perk, but I wish the hours were a bit longer. My only complaint was the parking - not enough parking spots near the main entrance. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay here again. "

"The front desk staff was very accomodating and supportive with our frantic arrival. The shuttle bus driver was very kind and worked hard through the night to get everyone from the airport to the hotel during a storm and many delayed flights."

"This hotel when you walk in is pretty spectacular and really beautiful to look around. The problem is, the first toom i stayed in 912, was giving me a real hard time breathing at night. I am allergic to some things so i thought maybe it was the pillows or something. So one night, while watching atV in the living room i noticed water damage on the wall. It ran all the way down and the wall was bubbled and soft. It had gotten bad. I hopped on the chair to check the vent and there was mold inside, so there were some real water issues. We went downstairs and asked to move rooms. The person at the counter really couldn’t care less and gave us a new room and just said “you have 30 minutes to get your stuff”. The next room was cleaner but the sliding door was not sealed and we could hear traffic all night as if it were driving by our window. It was so late already we just wanted to sleep. Outside of this really poor customer service and rooms that need work, the main area just needs some cosmetic updates. Chairs that are filthy, general upkeep, it needs some work. Too bad, because its a beautiful place. I travel a lot for work and i won’t be back."

"First the give me a room whit the restroom all cover of plastic, i thing the was under construction. Anyways for 2 days the a/c has a terrible noise, i don't recommend this place anymore. "

"Hotel is a little older, but still in good condition. It kind of reminds me of an older embassy suites with the elevator in the middle and inward facing balconies on both sides. Rooms are clean and beds are average as far as comfort goes. Its a little difficult getting in and out because the road you turn into it on is one-way. Looks to be a pretty safe area, there's a gate you have to put a code in to open and enter parking area's after dark. The gym has enough equipment to get a good workout in and the indoor pool is nice but not heated. They serve a pretty good variety for breakfast but i can't remember if it was free or not. The internet is free and works good, and unlike alot of hotels you can connect a gaming system to the internet to stream tv(Netflix, Hulu, ect.). The TV's are good size too, I'd say if i had to guess they are between 40-50 inches. Overall it's a pretty good hotel, in my opinion its a little over priced( I think it was about $140 per night), it should be about $100 per night in my opinion based on stays elsewhere. But week days may be cheaper, i stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. I would definitely stay here again. "
