「The room itself was spacious and clean. The pub was great loads of drink selection and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. Our only negative was weather related. The fan in the room didn't help with the heat at all. We had to keep the window open to try and cool the room. On the Saturday it was fine, however on the Friday the noise went on until around 1am from the pub garden. If it wasn't so abnormally hot we could have closed the window and there would have been no bother. We...

「We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!」

「Room was dirty, scuffed paintwork, stained carpet, skirting boards thick with grime and dust, cobwebs and dead bugs (in the cobwebs) on the ceiling. Not to mention the previous guests dirty towels and sheets were left in a heap in the middle of the floor. At £200 per night excluding breakfast I expect much much better. Very disappointing.」

「On website it said breakfast included also through the Expedia website but when we went to order breakfast we were told it wasn’t included. We were checking out on a Monday morning which I may add is 10am only to discover the Plough is closed hence no breakfast. We had a 2 night stay and our towels or bin wasn’t changed in fact no housekeeping. As I result there wasn’t enough loo roll disappointed with food as only light snacks available when we arrived around 2.30」
