In a cozy and elegant setting, you will enjoy:
- A large, bright, and comfortable living space, featuring a dining area and a lounge equipped with a large-screen TV, perfect for relaxation.
A separate kitchen, compact yet fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Bonus: an incredible view of a medieval wooden staircase!
A master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, blackout curtains, desk, wardrobes, and a TV with internet channels or Chromecast.
A second bedroom with a 140x190 bed, blackout curtains, desk, clothes rack, and a TV with internet channels or Chromecast.
- A modern bathroom featuring an Italian shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, and separate WC for added convenience.
- A reserved parking spot is available in a secure underground parking lot just 100 meters away. Enjoy easy access while exploring the pedestrian-friendly historic district of Tours on foot.

Practical Information:
Check-in: Between 4 PM and 7 PM (a fee may apply for arrivals after 7 PM).

The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator, offering views of the streets adjacent to the famous Place Plumereau. While it does not directly overlook the square, please note that the lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants may result in some noise during the evenings.

Great location, lots of space

This apartment was excellent, right in the middle of the medieval town, close to all the restaurant and shopping action. A 15 minute walk through beautiful small streets to the tourist information office where all the sightseeing tours leave for the chateaus and winery visits. It was spacious, clean and relaxing, with a well-equipped kitchen. Concierge was prompt with replies and meeting us. Highly recommend.
