The large projection TV is situated for viewing from the king size bed. Parking is at a lot less than one minute walk away. The Loire River is 3 minutes away on foot. "I like the location a lot bc I used the train station multiple times and it is just right there. There is a grocery store close by and a tram which are convenient. If you are a light sleeper as I am a white noise app on your phone will help with the street noise. Overall very happy there."

"Excellent location - walking distance to over 100 shops & eateries, to Loire River, to friendly shopette, quiet location, modern facilities, well stocked with soaps, etc except more towels need. Friendly, polite owner - always available, safe & free parking in 3 blocks. No air conditioning, but great fans. We would gladly return."

And, although the host was sympathetic, the dedicated parking space would best be used for a motorcycle or super mini car, as cars parked along the curb and blocked access. "St Pierre des Corps apartment is spacious, clean, quiet, and well located. It works well with train or bus to various chateaus, and easily accessible by TGV to and from Paris. "Agencement parfait, propreté excellente. Un petit manque : un égouttoir à vaisselle, et des persiennes qui permettraient de s'isoler des bruits et des risques de la rue. Également clés un peu trop loin à récupérer et rendre"

"Good: as described. High ceilings, comfortable bed and furniture. Plenty of light. Right in the heart of Tours with bars, restaurants and the brilliant food market etc all close to hand Few minor things. Washing machine filled with dirty washing when we arrived. Kettle didn't work (loose connection) Hot plates didn't work despite instructions being followed. No hot water on final morning. No washing up detergent."
