We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. "Lovely hotel for after your hikes. The onsens were nice. The temperature was perfect for me. It is a dated hotel but i think the amenities were still good. You also get a free bath salt for completing 3 of the onsens. The staff were very nice and accommodating. You can leave your luggage even before check in and I was able to access the rooftop or mountain observatory. The buffet dinner and breakfast has a lot of variety so I think everyone has something for them there"
