3 bedroom lovely home in Torrevieja

In the popular La Mata in the Residencia ?Torreblanca Marina? is this terraced corner house on 3 levels with conservatories and a beautiful garden plot. From the upper floors you have a direct view of the sea. Ideal for families with children. The beach and all restaurants and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. The pool area is only used by 16 apartments and is therefore never overcrowded. Children can play and splash around here as it is an enclosed area. Good bus connections to Torrevieja and Alicante. Four televisions and high-speed internet access available.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests.

Das Haus ist gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Der Strand und der nächste Supermarkt (Mercadona) sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen.
