Basic
Nice staff, great access to nice restaurants and city center including station. Room is old, not dirty but not new and not so clean. Very basic.

駅近く、電車を利用しての観光に便利だった。部屋にセイフティボックスと冷蔵庫があれば、良かった。ビーチまでは15分くらいの距離だけど土産物屋が並んでいるので、楽しい散策になる。

Parfait comme d'habitude
Établissement idéalement situé en plein centre. A 5 mns du métro. Supermarché et restaurant au pied de l'hôtel. Chambre classique et propre avec un balcon qui est un vrai plus pour profiter du soleil.

NCH is a basic hotel, the room was clean and the staff friendly. I stayed there in January when things are quiet, I would imagine however the room might be noisy in the busy season as it is in the centre of town. For the price excellent value.

Nice hotel for price. Central location
The hotel is great for the cost per night. Centrally located the square and have stayed here a couple of times. Staff are friendly apart from one of the guys on the front desk who was quite abrupt when we lost our room key and try to charge us 30 euros but reduced it to 20.

Cheap, cheerful and fun
Dubious about staying due to cheaper cost but no need to be. Although dated in places, the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff was superb. No tea or coffee, but we knew that before we stayed. There was a fridge where you could purchase water or cans of fizzy drinks. Reception staff so helpful and we got to check in early as room available. I loved the idea of you leaving your key for maids to clean otherwise take it with you. Located in ideal place and although sun ok balcony all afternoon, air con was fabulous! Cheap, cheerful and FAB. Will defiantly look into staying here again

We have had to close the room to renovate it because you have left the room like a garbage dump. Of course there is room service, but you didn't allow it on any day. Furthermore, for several days you sneaked a person into the room despite having it reserved for only one person. The images we have of how you left the room show absolute destitution, it was impossible to accumulate more garbage and have it thrown everywhere. You are prohibited from entering our hotel.

Perfect for my stay
Loved the hotel. Simple, basic and economical. Could not have been happier with my choice. It’s not 5 star but it is very clean and was just what I wanted. Friendly staff and above all clean and had everything I needed.

Very convenient location
Located in the town centre. Mercadona supermarket just around the corner. Very close to Clock Tower, Calle San Miguel, with a lot of eating places and shops. 3 minutes walk to train station and bus stop to Malaga. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Everything is fine, except there's foul smell from the drain on the floor of the toilet.

My latest stay in NCH
I have stayed in the NCH on numerous occasions.It is a bit dated but is clean, staff are friendly and it's location is good for local amenities . I will certainly be returning in the near future .

El estado del conjunto del hotel es de muy bajo mantenimiento en general de todo lo que le rodea, baño muy mal cuidado, pintura de la habitación muy muy deteriorada, colchones muy muy desgastados, en general necesita una reforma integral.
