Good value hotel

Room was ok needs updating, sink taps need attention, cracks in sink and shower tray, but they didn't leak so that was good, perhaps they will get round to it as it looks like there doing bits to hotel.

I liked the quiet around the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The facilities are existing like a kitchen and a washing machine. The problem is walking a quite steep hill to reach the hotel.

The property was cheap and cheerful you get what you pay for. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The staff member i seen briefly on checking in was polite and friendly but didnt really see anyone during my stay.

Paper thin walls, creaky floorboards.violent guests..not to us but a fight in the next room at 2.30 am and other shouting at 4.30 am.Hardly any bedroom furniture, loose bathroom taps, but the bed was comfy and the room and linin clean. Will not return under any circumstances and would not recommend. This is more like a hostel than a hotel as there is nobody on site after about 11 pm

This is a great little hotel about 10 minutes walk from the town centre (all uphill on the way home but a few beers from the night out makes it go quicker lol).

Comfortable stay

It’s high on a hill 15 min walk to sea front and maybe could do with money spent on carpets & decor but generally ok. Nice area. Quiet (apart from seagulls) & very pleasant helpful staff
