The hotel washroom skin was a mess, had moldy spots.
After booking few days before arrival, on getting to the hotel, we were told our room was going to be on the fourth floor, elevator only goes up to 3rd floor, she said so you will have to use the stairs. Mind you I have an infant and a toddler with stroller. I asked her why a floor without elevator reach, she said that was the last room they had. No help was offered to help with luggage or even stroller to go up the stair given the circumstances they put us in just out of compassion. I guess they’ve been paid so they don’t care.
As if that was not enough, what angered me the most was that, I booked 2 queen sized bed room and we were given 2 double sized bedroom. I called the receptionist to inform she kept lying that it was Queen sized room, I was not given a refund for this. I have a Queen sized bed at home and I know what that looked like. So she literally gave us the crumbs that was left in their hotel.
Their breakfast was disgusting to me, stall food. The only good thing was the yogurt. They give you practically prepacked frozen food, and the issue is that they don’t provide you with plate to put in the microwave to warm it up. I can go on and on.
