場所は、とっても良かったです。イートンセンターも近いし、ドラックストアも近いし、何処に行くのにもすごく便利でした。部屋も、何も支障なく良かったです。長い滞在だったので、ソファーがあれば、よかったかなーと。

アーリーチェックインのとき、あからさまに嫌そうな顔をされました。雨でずぶ濡れで、時差で疲れ果てて到着した客に対して、ホスピタリティーのかけらもありません。ひどい。

建物自体は古い感じでしたが、部屋はオシャレで清潔感がありました。Wi-fiが無料じゃなかった点が残念でしたが、それ以外は文句なしのホテルでした。

ダウンタウンの中心からちょっとだけ外れたところにありますが、近くにスーパーや飲食店がたくさんありますので、非常に便利でした。従業員病欠のため清掃ができなかったときは、次の日の朝食クーポンをいただくなど、サービスが行き届いていた印象です。

仕事の後でゆったり気分

地下鉄ダンダス駅から徒歩で３分程度、イートンセンター側からは BOND PLACE HOTEL の茶色いビルとその壁面でのホテル名称文字が見えて迷うことはないかと思います。道路をはだんだ向こうには、小さなマーケットがあり、飲み物などは、そこで安く買えます(トロント、バンクーバはとにかく物価が高い)。　チェックインの際には、フロントの方は丁寧で気持ちよかったです(チェックアウトの際の女性はあまり態度が芳しくなかった)。部屋は広く、バスタブも備えてあり、ゆっくりできました。ベッドも広めで柔かすぎることもなく、ゆったりと眠れ、快適でした。知り合いも、数人はこのホテルでした。いつも薦めています。　一方で、コーヒーメーカの部品がはずれており、きちんと修繕が必要。冷房の風邪がベッドで横になっていると、まともに当たるので吹き出し口方向を加工・変更する要があります。シャワーは固定式ではなく、ホースによるフリーハンドルであればバスタブがあるだけに、尚良かったと思います。

節約家にはもってこい！

娘との東カナダ旅行で2泊しました。ダウンタウンの中にあり、空港からのアクセスも良かったです。地下鉄、バスのアクセスも便利で、ショッピング、レストラン、スーパーマーケットも徒歩圏内です。宿泊費も、かなりリーズナブルでした。そのため、Wi-fiも、朝食も別料金でした。でも、街なかなので、なんとかなりました。

便利な立地だけど普通。その割には料金は高く感じた。

繁華街に近くメトロ駅も近いので便利な立地でした。シングルベッド２台のツインルームは広くなくプライスは高く感じました。フロント従業員が一人なので相談したい事が有った時は、待たされました。

場所はすごくいい所にあって良かったです。行くときに少し迷ってしまったので、詳しく場所説明があれば良かったです。部屋にケトルがなかったので借りたのですが、壊れてたのかお湯が沸かなくて残念でした。部屋は快適でした。

A estadia foi alterada para o Pantages Hotel devido aos protocolos de Covid-19, mas tudo ocorreu sem nenhum tipo de problema. O Panteges Hotel é excelente e muiyo confortável. Os quartos são grandes e possuem todos os itens necessários para o conforto do hóspede.

Recommend while bond place is out of commission

I did not stay at the Bond Place it is being used for covid things. I stayed at their sister hotel The Pantages. Perfect location downtown and a nicer room than expected

This property has been converted to be homeless shelter. We were transferred to the Pantages Hotel which was nice except no parking.

Prendre note que l'hôtel Bond Place est fermé, nous avons été relocaliser à leur hôtel "soeur" Le pantage où nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Une mention ou l'élimination du Bond Place devrait être fait par contre du site.

Loved the room! Staff were friendly! Did not like that we could not check in at 3pm but had a wait of a 2 hours to check in at 5pm as we were so tired from travel

We booked at Bond Place, but our reservation was moved to its sister hotel, the Pantages. Which was very nice - clean, quiet, stylish decor. Staff helpful at the desk. We parked nearby at the Eaton Centre which turned out to be VERY expensive.

The hotel rooms are decent for the price and the location is perfect. However, most staff are unpleasant, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Additionally, the hotel charges CAD 15 a day to rent a microwave.

When we got to the hotel on Christmas Day we were told that the Bond Hotel no longer rented rooms and were redierected to the Pentages Hotel at 200 Victoria Street. When we got to the Pantages Hotel they refused to book us in because one of us was not wearing a mask. Therefore, Dawn was forced to sleep on the streets on Christmas Day.

Staff at the Bond and Pantages were very helpful when the Expedia reservation proved incorrect, and we were moved from Bond to Pantages. This is typical of your staff, they are always a pleasure to do business with.

Overall the stay was fine. I felt the price of the room to be expense compared to what the accommodations were. Apparently there was a mining convention in town which is why the rooms were more expense. Downloading this cost on to general public is something I don't agree with (if it was the case). Front desk staff upon arrival were unfriendly. I understand being in downtown Toronto you'll get people who are less than friendly to deal with and it's not something I would want either. However it's unfair to new arrivals to be treated like they are unwanted based on the experience of dealing with the last person. I doubt this information will help and it seems like that just the way of the world these days. It's a shame because it doesn't have to be.

Due to self-distancing because of Coronavirus, I ended up spending more time in the hotel than I anticipated. It would have been a nice gesture if the hotel would have waived the charge for wifi during this time. It seemed a little weird to me that they charge for wifi, when it’s free at almost every other hotel. Cleanliness, staff, etc were good.
