You will love this stylish rustic designed home, featuring heated outdoor pool (open from June 1st to September 30st), and scenic pond view which is nestled right next to our backyard!

PLEASE NOTE:
This property is NOT a cottage, it is a house in a family-friendly area. We have neighbors on both right and left sides of the house, so absolutely NO party or loud noise/music in the backyard or around the pool.
Guests will have access to the entire house except basement and garage. Basement is a separate unit with its own entrance, an university student lives in the basement but she doesn't use the pool at all, so the pool is exclusively for our Vrbo guests usage!
Outdoor security cameras (Audio & Video) are installed on property, including front door, garage, side entrances, and backyard. They will be on 24 hours during your stay!
