「Everything about our stay was great. Easy check in, the communication with the host Jan was great and the pantry had lots of items that we would have had to buy on arrival.The apartment had 3 big bedrooms all with their own air cons as well as one in the kitchen/living area so the apartment was always cool and we all got a good nights sleep on the comfortable beds. 「The unit is well appointed. You will find everything you need. Lovely location almost at the back gate of the botanical gardens. Apartment was very clean which gave us a very welcome feeling . Rui was very accomodating from the word go. A couple of minor issues with kitchen light and tv were attended to very promptly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We visit Darwin every year. 「Great for what we needed」

「This property is a BnB run by private renters. Studio room In need of some TLC and maintenance. Bathroom/laundry - no exhaust fan, sink plug does not work, shower base floods, lighting dim with some bulbs not working, door does not lock. Kitchen- sink plug does not seal therefore unable to wash up, need to use dishwasher however no dishwasher tablets initially provided - had to text owner to get some. Bed - only 3 pillows which were all flat ones. No access to room service. Location was good...

「Fantastic location with great ocean and marina views. So many great dining choices directly below and safe swimming right on the waterfront with restaurants around. The apartment had everything we needed and loved the supplied condiments so we didn't have to buy. Plenty of housekeeping items eg washing up/laundry. 「Not up to par for a luxury unit」

「Clean and comfortable with everything you need for a long term stay. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Washing machine is enormous. Picnic chairs are also available. The location is perfect opposite the walking track, 50 metre pool and adjoining cafe and bar. Food trucks park close by. Bus no.4 is close by and can take you into downtown Darwin. A car would make access to other parts of Darwin easier. 」
