"Everything was good except we did not have hot water. When I told the desk person about the situation all she could say was that she would let the maintenance know. The next morning we found out that the entire hotel was with out hotwater and that the hotwater heater needed to be replaced. I would have been expected to be told that before I made my reservation or check in."

"Incredible room, spacious, well laid out, and comfortable. The concept of renovating one of the old buildings downtown made for a unique experience and well thought out. Would definitely stay there again. The couch could use a deep cleaning but otherwise the room was wonderful. "

"The elevators were not working and I had my elderly mother who has a very hard time using the stairs, but good thing my children sons were there to help her up the stairs! Then they put us in a room with a shower that you could barley get into!"
