「夜中に到着のため、空港お迎えを頼んでいたが、1時間待っても来なくてタクシーでホテルに向かった。レセプションの女性に迎えが来なかったことを伝えると、あなた達が出てくるのな遅かったのやでは？と言われたが、私達は前方に座っていたしスーツケースも早く出てきたので出たのはかなり早かった。他のお客さんだけ連れて、先にホテルに戻っていたらしい。ひどいホテル。部屋に入るとあるはずの水もミルクもなかった。次の朝、ないことを伝えるともらえた。責任者のmikaが対応してくれて、無事に滞在できた。」

「デイユースで使いました。 ババウでのホテルが最悪だったので、同じトンガ国内でこんなに快適なホテルがあるのかと感動しました。 一人毎に無料のWIFIキーがもらえ、（利用できなかったけど）朝食付き シャワーもホットシャワーがふんだんに出ました。 国際線乗り継ぎまでの間に、シャワーも浴びれて疲れも取れました。」

「The room was very large, and cozy, with kichen space with dinning table next to a living area where you can sit and contemplate the beautiful sunrise. The nanager of the sky lodge, was very attentive and kind. He made us a reservation to see a beautiful dance show. My advice is to make a reservation with him. We had a wonderful time but it is better to be safe than sorry.」

「Lilly, Ben and the rest of the Toafa Lodge team went out of their way to ensure we had an awesome stay. We really appreciated all they did for us, including catering for my vegetarian diet, setting up Netflix on the big screen on a rainy night, organising a tour, lending us umbrellas and ponchos, helping us organise transport back, picking us up and dropping us off - even at Crazy O’clock - and much, much more.
