「Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. There are barking dogs in the neighbourhood that might affect your night sleep. Room keys need to be left to the reception in the morning for the cleaners to use so it might be of inconvenience when you plan your day.」

「For some their mistake they didn’t find my reservation. Very aggressive mood. I had to call to make their mood change. They gave a room working toilette, got with no a/c. Very stressing. Other cons: - wifi is weak, - big coackroaches flying, - old building needs refurbishment, - kitchen with dangerous gas cylinder (reccomend to not use).」

「The unique thing about this property is that Gert and Marlene treat everyone as individuals and you soon feel part of the family. They have really taken on board the Mauritian way and that translates into a really relaxed vibe. Wonderful food and a great night's sleep! Highly recommend if you want an authentic experience that is a stone's throw from a paradise beach!」

「A lovely, small guest house, with great hosts and staff and easy access to the beach. There is one good restaurant, which is open 6 days of the week, and other dining options are at a Fried chicken take away and a burger shop/cafe. 」

「1st night no hot water. Geyser didn’t work. Aircons don’t work. Cockroaches in room. No soaps, shampoo, etc. They don’t accept cards and only told me this when I wanted to settle my bill the night prior to check out. The owner insisted on me walking almost 2km to go withdraw cash at 9pm. Which was a major inconvenience. I will never stay there again. NEVER!!!」

「Logement insalubre et propriétaire du logement trés grossier et ne veut rien entendre. Jai appelé le service client pour un relogement mais on m'a dit selon le propriétaire tout est nickel et que je faisais la difficile. Jai du repayé un autre logement car je ne pouvais pas resteret on a eu une petite altercation avec le proprio en présence téléphonique du service relogement. Je suis trés deçu du service hotel.com (membre silver) car on ne tient pas compte du client. 」

「Schönes kleineres Hotel, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Personal immer sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Säften, Pancakes, Omelettes nach Wunsch, Croissants und Baguettes aus einer örtlichen Bäckerei. Bewachte Parkmöglichkeiten im Innenhof und vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft, um den Norden mit einem Mietwagen zu erkunden (auch der restliche Teil der Insel ist über die nahe...
