Elegant Lake Home with Hot Tub

Beautiful and elegant lakefront home with water views from every room. Modern kitchen with quartz countertops is a cook's dream. Gas fireplace available for cool nights. Private 2 person outdoor hot tub for relaxing and viewing the lake. Enjoy the colorful sunrise and sunsets from the large deck overlooking the lake. Paddle boards and kayaks provided!
**There is a local regulation which does not allowing swimming directly off of docks on this lake. This is a full rec lake for water sport**
Amazing inclusive park within walking distance and property is located right on the Lake Tomah Walking Trail. Explore the Sparta/Elroy Bike Trail or canoe the Kickapoo river. Three Bears Resort waterpark is a 15 minute drive or enjoy the local outdoor aquatic center right up the road.
Centrally located between four casinos. 25 minutes from Castle Rock Lake. Within 1 hour of great wineries, breweries, and many state parks. So many events happening in Tomah and the local area for all ages to enjoy.

Pet Lovers - while we are a pet friendly home we DO NOT allow pets on the furniture. Pet hair on beds / couches or failure to pick up pet waste will result in an additional $115 fee.

Please note the dock is removed the week of October 16th.

From May through October we are unable to accommodate early check-in / late check-out to ensure our cleaners have enough time to do a thorough job.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Used towels can be left on the floors in the bathrooms. Dispose of all trash in outside trash cans. Please clean all dishes. If you use the grill please clean the grill. Leave used beds unmade.
Please ensure lights, electronics, and water faucets are off before leaving the house. Make sure to sign out of all TV apps. If you use the hot tub ensure the top is on tight and clipped.
Make sure kayaks and paddleboards are placed back in storage areas (turn kayaks upsidedown). Make sure all windows and doors are closed, and faucets are off. Remove all personal items and food.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Rinse off before entering hot tub. Common sense rules - help keep dirt/debris out. Quiet hours start at 10p - be considerate of neighbors.
Please note that during the summer our lawn person may go thru during the week between the hours of 900a and 400p. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The home is beautifully laid out, clean and spacious. It has plenty of kitchen and bathroom essentials. Greg was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. The deck was so peaceful at sunrise and to read our books, chat and to enjoy coffee and cocktails on. Lovely and relaxing!

Sister Get Away

This was the perfect place for 5 sisters to spend a weekend together. The kitchen was well stocked, the view of the lake was beautiful. Great place to relax. Worth a return trip, especially in the warmer weather to enjoy the deck and other outside activities.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful trip to Tomah to visit family. This house was beautifully decorated and clean.. perfect for our needs! The view of the lake was amazing and we only wish the weather had cooperated to be able to be outside and enjoy it a bit. We would definitely recommend and stay here again if we're in the area.

House and amenities were great. We loved the dock, paddle boards and fire pit. There were lots of spiders in the home and bugs were horrible outside. We tried using citronella candles but only 2 of them lit. Hot tub was small but nice. Couch in living room was very worn out. Bed, bedding and other items in the house were nice quality.

Beautiful Home

The home was absolutely beautiful! It had everything that you would need. The only thing was that the house was so cold. We had the fire place and heat on but the bedrooms were so cold. It would be perfect in the summer. Location was amazing! Would definitely recommend

Girlfriend Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tried one kayak l, so fun. Watched plenty of thriller movies. Walks. Sparkling water on lake, excellent for coffe mornings and wine sipping evenings. So quiet and peaceful. Very accomodating property manageres who kindly worked with me with very late minute change to reservation. Highly recommend!

Cozy modern lake house!

This property was welcoming and efficiently laid out. My husband, parents and I enjoyed our short getaway here. The beautifully decorated home away has a large entertaining deck that we enjoyed when there was a breeze. Views, comfy digs, immaculately clean and well- provisioned. Our dogs enjoyed the neighborhood and the walking paths and large green space half a block away. Thanks!

Weekend getaway

Nicely updated property on the lake. Great Lake view. House has everything we needed plus more. Very comfortable. Close to bike/walking trail which we loved. Enjoyed fires in the evening by the lake. Downside is the lake is posted as a no swimming lake due to algae. However, there are other swimming spots nearby. Plenty of fun things to do in the area. We hiked in the Black River State Forest and visited the Hillsboro Brewing Company. Both great finds. We recommend this property and hope to return.

Wedding weekend

Cozy little home/cabin on the lake with all the modern conveniences. Master bedroom window could use some blinds or a light blocking inner curtain/liner (anyway for me it was difficult to fall asleep with the moonlight shining in). The bed was very comfortable, so once we rectified the light situation I fell asleep easily. Extra linens stored in master bedroom closet could be more condensed so that there is more closet space for hanging clothes (especially long dresses) to keep them straight and prevent wrinkles. Dryer had bed linens left in it that had to be moved out so that we could use it (I put them back in when we were done with the dryer). Not sure if there is a leak around the tub faucet or what, but noticed a fair amount of water accumulate on the tub edge and on the floor following our showers. We ended up putting a towel on the tub edge to prevent it from running onto the floor.

The Perfect Peaceful Lake Retreat

My daughter (14) and her friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. We loved having access to the kayaks and paddle boards! Such a nice amenity for active teens. Everything was easy... check in process, communication with hosts and check out instructions. The retreat had everything you could think of needing in a home away from home. The location was great as it was near town and very close to a lovely walking path/park where we saw tons of wildlife, including deer. highly recommend.
