【Important Notes】
・Failure to comply with the following rules and receiving complaints from neighbors will result in a flat fee of ¥50,000. We may also report the incident to the police.
★This accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise levels low outdoors, including on the front road and balconies, to avoid disturbing neighbors. Especially between 9 PM and 8 AM, please move indoors and keep doors and windows closed at all times (please be mindful of noise even indoors).
★ Do not drink alcohol and cause disturbances inside the accommodation, on the patio/balcony, or on the road in front. Parties are strictly prohibited at this property.
・Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in all areas of the property, including the entrance area.
★ If smoking is discovered (e.g., reported by neighbors/smoke odor detected in the room), a flat fee of ¥50,000 will be charged as a nuisance and cleaning fee.
・Please handle furniture, appliances, and amenities with care. Any loss or damage will incur charges for replacement or repair.
・In accordance with Japanese law, all international guests must provide copies of their passports.
・The property does not have floor heating. Please use the air conditioner's heating function during winter.
・Please sort and dispose of trash according to the rules provided after booking.
・The parking lot can accommodate one large minivan, but the access road is somewhat narrow. Please be aware of this in advance.
・When parking your vehicle on the premises, please ensure it is fully within the property boundaries. Vehicles extending beyond the property line cause inconvenience to neighbors and may lead to disputes. Vehicles under 5 meters in length may just fit within the boundaries. If your vehicle does not fit, please use a nearby paid parking lot. Should this escalate into a major issue, we will charge you for inconvenience and damages.
