Excellent location near an exceptional bakery that had people lined up around the corner and is easily walkable to Shinjuku, a sumo show and loads of 7-11's. Clean rooms, for four of us, it was small but great.
Our stay here was absolutely lovely! It’s a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station, but we didn’t mind. Our room was a good size, the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, and because it’s not too close to Shinjuku station it was quieter at night.
Beds were big and comfy. Great pillows. Room was always clean. The bathroom kind of felt like a glorified porta potty, but it was clean and worked. Not a deal breaker
The room itself was larger than the last room we had there (2double beds side by side). It is still a very small room but it works for short stays or stays were you won’t be in the room most of the day. We had no issues with any part of the stay. There isn’t staff on site but we were able to check in relatively easily with the emailed instructions. Would stay again.
Although it was small for 4 people, it was clean and organized. Very safe and quiet area to walk and get to any other area.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room is tiny for 4 people with barely room to stand. It was only 800m from the closest subway station and plenty of convenience stores nearby. The room was very tidy.
The check in service was better than some places but I don’t like the remote check in system generally.
Property was very comfy and just the right size for what it’s for. Beds were comfortable! Host was very attentive. Love the fact that the shower is in a separate room. Definitely recommend!
very quiet and clean room, convenient access to familymart, Shinjuku and public transit. No easy way to dispose of trash, no elevator, no water filling station and no microwave are my only complaints.
The room was clean and had adequate amenities. The mattresses on the beds were weak and worn. We were accommodated on the fourth floor with no elevator.
Staying at this hotel was such a pleasant experience. It was in a quieter area of Shinjuku while also being walking distance from the busier areas and train stations. The staff were very attentive. The room is so spacious, compared to other places in Tokyo-we had 9 bags for a 3 person room and we're still able to walk around comfortably. The wood carpet and wet shower were such nice touches. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tokyo.
Good and spacious family room with space for up to 6 people. A bit far from metro station but ok. Quite quiet location despite being close to large road. Very service oriented and helpful staff
