To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and respect our neighbors, please observe the following:
- Quiet Hours: We are located in a peaceful residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM. No parties or events allowed.
- No Smoking: The interior is strictly non-smoking. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area.
- No Shoes inside: Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
- Cleaning: No mid-stay cleaning is provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
- Damage & Penalties: * A flat fee of 50,000 JPY will be charged for specialized cleaning if vomiting occurs due to excessive drinking.
- Damage to furniture or equipment will be billed accordingly.
- ID Requirement: Per Japanese law, all guests must provide their name, address, occupation, and a copy of their Passport (for non-residents) or Photo ID (for Japanese residents) upon check-in. Failure to provide these will result in a cancellation without refund.
