「Had a quick stay at the Fern near Kalyan, the property is clean and well managed. the only surprise was that they do not offer bell services or valet so you have to handle your luggage by yourself. The rooms are well kept and clean and the food in the room service was great too. 」
「I had a quite unpleasant stay there. I asked for an airport pick up which did not come due to car breakdown. There was no backup car for it, so I had to stay about an hour outside of Mumbai Airport. The room was okay, but the breakfast menu was horrible. There was almost nothing that I could eat, so I had to add flavor like ketchup and chili to change the original taste.」
