Wir waren das erste Mal bei den Schmalhofers 😃, die Anzahl der Stammgäste lässt schon allein für sich sprechen. Wir sind hier in eine große Familie aufgenommen worden. Die freundliche Herzlichkeit, der Humor und die außerordentliche Zuvorkommenheit ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben. Wir sind viel gereist, aber dies haben wir das erste Mal in dieser wirklich von Herzen kommenden, ungekünzelten Art, die sich durch das gesamte Team "zieht", so noch nicht erlebt. Ein freundliches Wort, eine Empfehlung für den Tag oder einfach die Nachfrage, wie es dem Gast geht, dafür ist stets Zeit. Unübertroffen auch die überaus großzügig geschnittenen, sehr sauberen Zimmer mit kleinem Kühlschrank und Sitzecke mit Flatbildschirm, WLAN selbstverständlich.... Nicht zuletzt erwähnenswert die sehr leckere Küche des Restaurants. Ob Frühstück oder Abendessen, es hat alles vorzüglich gemundet und so mancher Wunsch wurde prompt erfüllt. Einzig die Speisen sind so portioniert, dass man platzen möchte, wenn man alles - ohne etwas zurückgeben zu wollen - versucht aufzuessen😁. Also, wir haben uns hier echt als Gast UND Familienmitglied gefühlt. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit, für die wir uns hiermit nochmals herzlich bedanken möchten.

Queit area, Idyllic setting

This is a lovely, friendly family-run hotel. The family are very welcoming and will do whatever they can to make your stay a good - no a great one. We have made new friends and will definitely aim to return as soon as we are able to. The food was superb and the service excellent and we recommend a stay here.

Hatten in Tittling einen Termin und suchten ein Quartier und fanden das Beste was wir je hatten. Lage war toll, Zimmer war urgemütlich, das Personal sowie Chefität sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ebenso nicht weit von Passau entfernt und ruhig. Wir würden sicher wiederkommen.
