Unit Layout
This luxurious 4-room villa spans over two levels and offers a total living area of 184 square meters. The south-west facing position ensures ample natural light throughout the day. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living/dining room measuring 60 square meters, equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. The living room opens onto a terrace, allowing seamless indoor-outdoor living. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning on this level.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also conveniently located on the ground floor. Moving up to the upper level, you will find two additional bedrooms, each featuring a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. One of these bedrooms also includes a dressing room. Both bedrooms have direct access to a terrace.
