The living room features a sofa bed (180x200 cm). The large dining table comfortably seats four people.
Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system, including a CD player, radio, and a DVD/VHS combo player.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
You’ll also find a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

In the large bedroom, a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a blackout roller shade on the window ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.
There is also a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.
The shower room features a large wall mirror, heated floors, and a towel warmer.

An underground parking space is reserved for you—entrance height 1.90 m
(dimensions: length 5.00 m x width 1.90 m).

In about 5–7 minutes on foot, you’ll be right on the Baltic Sea beach, where you can breathe in the fresh sea air. The nearest bakery, shopping options, and the town center are also in the immediate vicinity. The exclusive shops invite you to go shopping, and you can relax and recharge in the cozy cafés and long-established restaurants.
