「Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties 」

「Our stay was a very good one because Jessica a staff member. There was a mixup when we made the reservation thru Hotel.com, and she was extremely helpful and did an excellent job and made sure we had a place to spend the night. So because of Jessica our stay at Pagosa Lodge was great for the 5 humans and our pet!!」

「It was a quick stay over but the place was easy to get to and communication was easy about check in. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the river and amenities on sight.」

「As a frequent traveller between Minnesota and Arizona, my wife and I have struggled to find 5-star level accommodation along the way. Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot.」
