"Central hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Really good breakfast. Good size room."

"We initially had a nice stay here, but ended up with bed bug bites (bites take a day or so to show up, so we had left already). If you’ve never had bed bugs before, reactions vary from person to person, but I ended up in the ER. When we reached out to the hotel letting them know about the bed bugs (room 1), we never got a response. Otherwise, staff was not friendly at check-in, location was great, room was spacious. Shower in bathroom was uncomfortable, towels sparse, bed was lumpy. Beware of this hotel, as they don’t seem to care if their visitors get bed bugs."

"We have been here many times it’s a beautiful hotel, well situated and the rooms and breakfast are amazing. Slightly let down that they wanted to charge us for water bottles when we asked but overall a fantastic stay."

"Quel magnifique séjour dans ce logement ! Nous , nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme à la maison et même mieux grâce au sauna et au lit immense et très confortable. L'accueil de Cristophe a été très chaleureux avec tout plein de conseils.Les pièces sont spacieuses et même si nous n'en avons pas profité à cause de la météo, il y a un petit jardin bien clos.Le quartier est très calme avec un petit supermarché proche. Un excellent endroit où résider pour visiter Bruges et ses environs. Nous recommandons totalement !"
