Lovely place - clean and neat. We found the bed comfortable and the view great! A lovely sunset from the balcony. Easy to follow directions and east to get into. Do tell people to take a pic of the door code emailIn case they don’t have cell coverage on arrival. We had a pic and it was easy!

This place was great! Open and spacious with an awesome view from the living room/balcony. The bedroom upstairs and downstairs each have their own full bath. The kitchen was great as well. This is definitely a rental. So, may not have as many items stocked in the kitchen, but not at all an issue. The location was great as it was just about an hour and a half from Cannon beach in the north and about the same to Newport in the south. Tillamook was just about 1/2 hr. Great beaches, sights, and towns in between all of these places. We explored most of the coast. The only thing to know is that while you have an awesome view, this is not beach front. About 5 mins in you car gets you to the beach. Would definitely recomend!

Needs attention

Looked good at first glance because the view is spectacular! We were very disappointed with cleanliness of dining room chairs, cleanliness of washer and dryer, cleanliness of ceiling fan blades, only 1 chair for the deck, no screens and windows that do not open, broken window blinds, no coffee although two coffee pots, foul sour smell coming from utility closet near primary bedroom, musty smell in bedroom carpet.

Beautiful view

Wonderful place to stay with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the tree top views - watching the birds and seeing the lovely ocean and beach. Check-in process was seamless, kitchen well stocked, bed very comfortable.

Amazing view. Only one plastic chair to enjoy it. Kitchen chairs all stained badly (maybe get dark colors?), and not nearly as well equipped as our other 4 places we stayed. That said, really great unit, comfy beds, great location...it just isn't fair to rate it a 5 compared to some others on the coast in the same price point. Wish I could rate 4.5!

Great view description of property not accurate.

The view from this property is exceptional, but the description of the property was not accurate. The pictures and the description provided when I booked the property did not show stairs, and the stairs were steep, Definitely not ADA approved. This was an issue for us as my brother just had hip surgery a couple months ago and is limiting use of stairs at this time. The listing also mentioned room for 3 vehicles to park. There was only room for 1 vehicle to park. When listing a house for rand I think it would be appropriate to let people know that there are stairs or include pictures or at least a description that you are not ADA approved.

Ocean sounds from every room

The greats:- view of arch rocks from living room / kitchen- secure parking- very private, quiet- high ceilings, skylights- contemporary decor- short drive to Oceanside and Tillamook (but don't imagine that you'll walk to the beach – you'd be walking on the shoulder of a narrow highway for a decent distance)The not-so-greats:- a bit hard to find, with no cell service as we approached (so download the instructions!) - very steep driveway and tight parking- towels are worn out and dingy- steep stairs to get to living room and upstairs bathroom – someone with minor mobility issues would not be able to stay here comfortablyWould we stay here again? Absolutely. Overall it was very good.

Perfect start to our trip.

Exploring the coast and this was our first stop. Gorgeous view from the deck. We had everything we needed during our stay, bed was comfortable, very clean unit, easy check in, absolutely no complaints! Would stay there again!

BEAUTIFUL view

We loved our stay at Silver Moon. The views from the deck were beautiful. Our only complaints would be the pillows and towels. The towels were worn out and dingy, the pillows on the beds need replacing and we would have loved to have more of them. But overall it was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

Man sollte sich zweimal überlegen, eine Ferienwohnung als „atemberaubend“ zu bewerben, denn eine solche Werbeaussage führt zu einer besonderen Erwartungshaltung an Zustand und Qualität der Unterkunft, die man dann auch erfüllen muss. Insofern wurden wir hier enttäuscht, denn atemberaubend an diesem kleinen Reihenhaus ist lediglich die Aussicht (wenn jetzt im September kein Nebel herrscht). Das Foto mit der Aussicht von der nach Norden gerichteten Terrasse im Obergeschoss (eine recht steile Treppe hinauf) ist veraltet, diesen Blick gibt es nicht mehr, die Bäume sind inzwischen alle zu hoch gewachsen. Macht aber nichts, denn in leicht anderer Richtung gibt es einen wunderschönen Blick über die Küste, den Strand und die vorgelagerten großen Felsen. Schade, dass die Terrasse nur mit drei einfachen Stühlen möbliert ist. Ansonsten ist das Haus eher Mittelklasse; es gehört eine Garage dazu, nur fehlte eine Beschreibung, wie man hineinkommt, deshalb konnten wir sie nicht nutzen. „Zu Fuß zum Strand“, so wurde das Haus in Deutschland beworben, aber das erwies sich als Werbelüge, denn der Strand ist 2 km auf nicht begehbaren Straßen mit großem Höhenunterschied entfernt. Die Sauberkeit ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig: alte Kaffeekapsel in der Kaffeemaschine und Kaffeereste in der Kanne, untere Küchenschubladen innen schmutzig, ein absolut ekliger Grillrost und der Geruch von Katzen oder Hunden in der Luft, das zeigt, hier wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt. We had a wonderful time. Local pubs and food. The view was stunning. The place was amazing and very large. I could go on about how wonderful it was but people only r we sf so far when it’s a good review. But this was a great place

Oceanside getaway

That place was amazing but the second day in our trip we had roofers hammering away at 8am in the morning. I called immediately the property management and told them what was going on and they were very sorry and reimburse me for one of the nights that the roofers were there. All in all it was a great trip and please that we were taken care of. Thank you

Summer stay

Lovely view of the ocean, quiet space, comfortable beds. Close to beaches and great place to see stars at night! Needs more fans in the home to cool it down from afternoon sun. Windows and sliding door need screens so can keep windows open for cross breeze and keep bugs out. Also, recommend bringing own folding lawn chairs for sitting on deck if more than two people.

Awesome view, great location - what a nice place

Two bedrooms, private bathrooms, great view of the ocean, close to the beach - short drive and peaceful.. We loved the view morning, noon and night…. Restaurants were close by and all were great. Took a tour into Tillamook after enjoying a morning finding agates on the beach and admiring the tidal pool ocean life. Loved it all.
