"Room was nice enough, but it was very hot in the city and I was put in a room with only a fan and could not open the windows for any ventilation, so it was unbearably hot. When I asked the property about this, they said they would send somebody to open the windows. I arrived back at the room that evening to find that nothing had changed, only that the curtains had been left open for the entire sunny afternoon, so the room was even hotter than when I left that morning. "This is the PERFECT stay in London. Located in Central London, you are close to everything. The Liverpool Street Station is a three minute walk and that takes you anywhere you need to go in the city. The hotel is truly one of the best I've stayed at. The hotel is elegant and the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to accommodate you and make sure your stay is great. We had such a wonderful experience there, that we are staying there again for an upcoming trip to London. The Pan Pacific London is an experience you won't regret!"

"Great stay - was able to check in early and the view from the 9th floor across the docks towards canary wharf was fabulous The room was rather tired hence the lower score but was very clean. Only one set of towels was a bit unusual though! It was disappointing that there was no working fridge as the temperatures exceeded 30 and the ability to come back to cold drinks would have been nice"

"This is a clean and efficiently run "inn" with helpful staff. The rooms are basic, as in a clean place to sleep and shower with very little amenities. The extra I paid for the larger room was worth it. A garden patio eating area is very charming. We could hear the subtle sounds of the underground when sleeping, so if that bothers you, beware. Otherwise it's actually soothing."
