「House is 5 bedrooms 2 en-suite and1.5 baths. It was clean and exactly what we needed with 3 adults and three teens. Lots of space, great WiFi and a myriad of nature outside the door. Area felt safe and we ate at the Indian 3 min walk away two nights in a row. Waterman’s Arms 10 min walk was excellent for a full English. An Asda is 10 min away also! A choice of DLR stations made it perfect for getting everywhere. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks again 」

「Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. 」

「Key pad is awesome. So much space! Kids were in heaven. They loved the indoor/outdoor space and koi pond. It was their first time visiting London and yet they couldn’t wait to get back to the house everyday. We traveled with two seniors and a 3 & 6 year old. So much space for everyone. Transit was just around the corner, as well as coffee shops and fantastic local pub. Perfect place to call home for the week! 」

「The owner never responded to us with check in information. I finally got ahold of VRBO support and they were unable to contact the owner either and cancelled our reservation while I was at the airport leaving for our flight. VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. 」

「Looks very good but needs a lot of TLC before it is fit for renting! Lights not working, Hot tub has an electric fault that electricuted me and my friend, locks of the doors don't work」

「Right let's start with the negatives, which there only a few. Think you can tell the property is a work in progress, definitely needs something things sorting out. Lovely big kitchen, but definitely needs fitting out, with a lot more stuff. Only Minor stuff, like tea towels, utensil draw needs sorting out properly. Definitely needs a lick of paint, don't get me wrong, the house was clean and tidy. Then the living room, furniture as seen better days, and even though there was 6 off us, not enough...

「The property is great, it's so nice to rent a property that has proper sized bedrooms, and a decent sitting area for everyone, often the seating/sofa options are limited!The house was generally clean, there were a few detailed bits that could have been cleaner but I'm probably being picky here. 「Stayed overnight to watch a show at the new Soho Theatre which is a couple of stops away on the Suffragette line.Location is quiet and easy to find, and check-in process was all done via WhatsApp with Carolina who was super helpful and attentive.The apartment is modest sized but clean and amazingly furnished. It's quite pricey, considering, but having our own space in London was great with easy links, so worth it.」

"We stayed here for our wedding photo shoot. The receptionist was very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. Since it was a special occasion, perhaps they even upgraded our room? We had a partial view of Tower Bridge from the room, which made our stay even more special. Although London Bridge Station is a bit of a walk, it’s manageable, especially if you're sightseeing along the way. If you have heavy luggage or a large suitcase, it might be a bit of a challenge, but overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel. Thank you very much!"

"本当にみなさん親切でした。部屋を変えてほしいとお願いした時も、朝ごはんのレストランの方も、ポーターの方も、みなさん親切でした。日本より親切かなとか思うくらい、気にかけてくれる感じで、英語できなくても翻訳サイトを使っても嫌な顔せず、対応していただいて、ありがたかったです。朝食も作りたてのオムレツをはじめ、イングリッシュブレクファストを好みでつくれて美味しいですし、お風呂も部屋も広かったです！タワーブリッジの夜景もすぐ観に行けるし、今回、ロンドンのホテル3ヶ所使いましたが、1番オススメです！ありがとうございました！"
