「Second time at this hotel and I will never be back. First time I had to change my room cause everything was broken from walls to blinds, even the kitchen bench had cigarette burn marks on it. Staff are illeterate and do not have any people skills what so ever. 」
「Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Upon arrival into the room we immediately found an iron stain on one of the bedside tables. My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed.
The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. It was well after reception closed when we realised so we had no choice but to deal with it.

Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons.
The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side.
