ONLY MEDIUM SIZE CAR, otherwise there is a public parking across the street very reasonable price
REGULAR PARKING SIZE= 2.40-meter X 5.30meters (if your car doesn’t fit, you have to park outside at public parking accros the street). There is a $25 fine by the building administration if you park outside the lines of your assigned spot that would be charged immediately.
EXTRA 1 PARKING RENT INSIDE BUILDING @ $8 per night when available, please request in advance.
This building takes very serious security and follow the rules so everybody can enjoy its time.
There will be fines above $100 dollars If building rules are not followed, please be advice as they would be charged to guest Airbnb account
Building has cameras and picture will be taken out of the video for bad behavior and this will be sufficient for penalties, please don’t reserve here if your intention is to party and get out of control.

Owner attempts to properly maintain the vacation rental, the vacationers agrees to immediately notify owner of any
maintenance problem, so that situation can be remedied as soon as possible.
owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control, this includes but not limited:
Mechanical Failure, Television, DVD, Cable, Internet, Water city or building problems, Electrical city or building problems
Vacationer would be responsible for any clog drains, or damages done to bathroom, kitchen or electronics for negligence.
Owner should NOT be liable for any injuries that may occur to vacationers renting during their stay.
Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationers belonging during their stay.
