We arrived at the property around 6:30pm. 2.5 hours after check in was available and we had not received any check in instruction with how to retrieve keys or any information. "The condo worked great for our needs; there were 4 of us, including 2 adults in their late 80’s. The rooms and bathrooms and full kitchen and living room were nice and the elevator made it nice.My only issue was communicating with the host. I requested a few times that he communicate with my boyfriend as he will be taking over as far as the reservation, location and such. He is Mexican and speaks Spanish; we are in Tijuana! Since he would be driving and the one to make all arrangements past...
