「We booked our stay for a couple of nights, and upon arrival it took us a while to locate the entrance as it wasn't very clear. As we signed in at the reception, we were told that the hotel was under a 'soft opening', that meant some of the services weren't working a 100% and that me might find a couple issues, which we hadn't been previously informed of when we made the reservation.
