「My room was very clean. I have not found any bugs in the room nor is there a harsh smell in the room. The area where the Belmont Inn and Suites is located is very very quiet. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was perfect. I feel very safe staying here alone. This was my second time staying at the Belmont Inn & Suites. 「コロナ禍とオフシーズンのためか、朝食およびベッドメイクはありませんでした。 食事は、部屋に冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあるので、10分ほど歩くスーパーで買い出ししてすごしました。 タオルやアメニティ、コーヒーなどは、フロントに電話しておくと、ビニールに入れて部屋前に置いておいてくれました。 設備は年季が入っていますが、シャワーのお湯はしっかりと出て使いやすかったです。 ネットは到着時は利用できませんでしたが、フロントに電話すると復旧してもらえました。 サービスは期待しない、やってもらいたいことはフロントに電話すれば可能な範囲で対応してもらえる、ということで、日本の安宿で素泊まりしたような状況でした。 オフピークで値段も安かったので、値段相応だと感じました。 朝食やサービスを期待する人には向きませんが、安くシンプルに宿泊したい人には良いホテルだと思います。」

「Poor cleaned and dirty sheets」

「They are unable to accommodate the handicapped. Refuse to help. They blame Expedia and in turn Expedia blames them. Got nowhere talking to either party. Had to go out and buy a suction bath handle just to get into the shower. If you are handicapped stay as far away from this place as possible. They do not care about you. You give them all the money up front and they couldn’t care less about you. There is no office to go to if you have problems. Worse Experience Ever!!! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!」

「Clean rooms」

「Was able to upgrade to one of the cottages for our stay, which was great, loved being able to park our bikes right in front of our door. The guy at the front desk was super nice and very respectful of my time. Got me in and out at check in super quick. The showers a little small, which was a little hard to get in as a larger person. Wish the walls were just a bit thicker bc I could hear everything from our neighbors in the evening and when they got up super early in the mornings, but a good set...

「The person at the front desk was bothered each time we asked for something. The floors in the room were filthy. The oven and stovetop were rusted and disgusting and could not be used. On the last day we were there, we found roaches crawling throughout the room. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and it has always been clean and well-kept with friendly, helpful staff. Will probably not book another reservation here.」

「Glad only stayed one night. Pics are deceiving. Bed sheets had holes in them. Tears in the chairs. No night stands. Bathroom door had holes in them. Will not stay there again. Not the hotels fault on this but.. Had a disturbance that had 3 cop cars show up in the parking lot to calm down a irrate woman.」
