「The host was very accommodating and helpful. The space is attached to their home but never once did they make it awkward. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s a great space for a couples quiet getaway.The only thing that would have made things more comfortable would be more pillows. In all, it was a nice stay. We look forward to visiting the area again but will likely use one of our hosts other places. 」

「Great getaway for our anniversary. Relaxed in the hot tub. Enjoyed great food at the Salt Box and fresh fish in Wanchese. Our trip to old downtown Manteo was great. Cute shops and interesting history. Overall great time but too short. Hope to be able to stay longer next time.」

「 Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. 」
