スタイリッシュで機能的なホテル
イタリア在住13年です。 スタッフ、部屋、レストラン、設備、申し分なく素晴らしいホテルです。ですが、賞味期限が切れたドリンクタイプのヨーグルトを開けた途端中身が飛び散り洋服がヨーグルトだらけになったその後の対応のみが非常に残念な結果に。。。スイスだけどさすが「イタリア語圏」 何も無く諦めるしか方法がなかったです（涙）こういう問題をHotels.comに連絡しても何の解決にもならないし、逆にクレーマーとして取り扱われそうになるんですね。勉強になりました。

中心部から少し離れていますがバス停が近く便利でした。スタッフも親切でした。

またルガーノに行ったら泊まりたいホテルです。
ルガーノの中心から少し離れたところにありますが、交通機関が発達しているので不便は感じません。

スイスのホテルの中では、価格の割に部屋も快適、朝食もしっかりしています。鈍行しか泊まりませんが、Lugano Paradiso駅から歩いて5分なので、とても便利です。

Hotel bien placé, les chambres commencent un petit peu à dater et les joints du verre de protection de la baignoire commence un petit peu à jaunir et cela ne fait pas nickel, pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner il est très bien. Dans l’ensemble bien malgré le plus un peu trop haut.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Es hat sogar eine Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer und Pflegeprodukte von Rituals.

Nice hotel, unhelpful staff.
Very clean and comfortable hotel with great breakfast. But strange that the hotel would run out of coffee for the rooms for 2 of the days I was there. Not just a random Miss but also the same for colleagues at the hotel. Front desk nor the bar they sent us to could help us get coffee. At checkout the staff just laughed and said sorry.

This property did not honor my service dog and was very disrespectful and lacked any kind of sympathy all they cared about was getting their fee for the night. The property itself is across the street from construction, very noise and starts very early in the morning. The cleaning staff took it upon themselves to open the window and let the construction dust into the room.
