Arrival:

Upon your arrival, we request your arrival information to organize your check-in process smoothly. You will complete a brief digital check-in form before arriving, and we will send you our personalized digital guide, complete with a welcome letter, personal recommendations for exploring the island, and useful information and phone numbers. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.



The daily price is based on 2 people, in case there are more people they must update their reservation since there are different prices depending on the number of guests.



Families:

For families traveling with small children, we offer a BABY PACK for an additional cost, which includes a crib, a high chair, sheets, a blanket, a towel, a shower kit, a portable bath, and child-friendly plates. Please request this before your arrival, as it is subject to availability.



Cleaning:

You can be sure that cleaning is our top priority. You will find clean and fresh sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen cloths provided for your comfort. In the bathroom, we supply complimentary hand soap, moisturizing cream, and a gel/shampoo dispenser. For stays longer than a week, we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets for your convenience.



Rental Car:

We strongly recommend renting a car before coming to Lanzarote, as there is high demand. We work with a reliable local company on the island to provide special conditions for our guests. Simply send us your airport arrival/departure times and we will send you a free quote. Our rental package includes local tax rates, free cancellation at any time, no deposit payment required, fully comprehensive insurance, unlimited kilometers, and a second driver included at no additional charge.
